Jessica Mullen

Support Worker / Peer Mentor
Hi, I'm Jessica, and I’m excited to meet you!
I’ve had the privilege of volunteering my time to support adults by being a compassionate listener and offering help when needed. My involvement in both local and overseas missions, including raising funds and awareness for education in Africa, inspired me to pursue a Certificate III in Community Services. This education has broadened my understanding and deepened my passion for community work. I consider it a true privilege to journey with others, and I am committed to taking the time to learn how I can best support you.
In my professional life, I work full-time as a manager in the food service industry. However, I believe we all need a bit of support, and I would love to dedicate some of my spare time to helping others. In my free time, I enjoy being with my two dogs, taking them for walks, and curling up with a good book and a hot drink, especially when I can relax outside in the sun.
Currently, I’m available on Friday afternoons and evenings, with the possibility of offering more hours depending on your needs.

Hi, I'm Amy!
I value building lasting connections with clients, providing dignity and respect with my services. I always take the time to learn about my clients, and help them maintain independence and quality of life.
I have experience with both children and adults. I love to take individuals out into the community and provide a space where they can safely express themselves and their interests, whatever that looks like for them.
Away from support work, I also work in the wellness industry, and I love integrating parts of this with clients that resonate. In my spare time, you can find me up the coast or spending time with my family at our family farm.
My availability currently is Mondays, any hours, with the possibility to extend more hours for the right participant.
Sujin Choi
Registered Nurse & Support Worker
_edited.jpg)
I was born and grew up in South Korea. I originally studied journalism, but I formed a passion for helping people and chased new challenges in the medical field. I moved to Australia where I studied nursing and have since enjoyed a strong career in major hospitals and have been exposed to a variety of clinical skills and medical teams.
I enjoy engaging with patients with a non-biased attitude and thrive on the satisfaction of helping others and what nursing can provide. I believe building trust and clear and open communication between practitioners and patients is key to providing the most effective support.
I’m married with a young family and understand the challenges and what is required to support and provide care from a variety of ages from the youngest child to the elderly. My skillset and experience make me a suitable carer for many different patients in need.
As I’m actively employed at an established hospital, I’d like to continue to use my clinical skills including complex bowel care-stoma care, tracheostomy care, urinary catheter care, airway management, wound management, diabetic management and IV therapy. I’ve also had previous experience with supporting anorexia patients for PEG and NG feeding.
In conclusion, I’m easy going and can engage with various personalities, people and multicultural backgrounds. I’m open minded, strong willed and can adapt my clinical skills to provide custom support for NDIS clients where needed in a safe and secure environment for both carers and patients.
Thank you.

Jo Campbell
Support Worker
Hi, my name is Jo and I've been working as a support worker for over a year now. Before I started support work, I lived in Edinburgh in Scotland and worked in a mental health outpatient clinic. I currently live in Lara with my husband, 3 children and lots of rescue animals. My previous experiences have taught me a great deal of understanding, patience, problem solving and multitasking.
Currently I help several clients around the Geelong region with different types of support. I often help clients in their homes and happily help out with any household chores, feed and walk their pets or just be there to listen and help solve problems with. I also help run errands with clients e.g. buy groceries or accompany them to appointments.
One of my favourite things to do is take clients on excursions, whether it's a nice walk in the park, a coffee at a cafe or a trip to the beach or zoo.
I'm happy to travel around Geelong to meet clients but would prefer to stick to working weekdays so I can spend time with my children when they are home from school.

Hi, I'm Shelley! At Enable and Support, I offer both Therapy Assistant support and general NDIS support. With nearly 15 years of experience in supportive roles, my work is grounded in trauma-informed practices and neurodivergence. I'm passionate about helping children grow and thrive, but I also enjoy supporting individuals of all ages.
I have experience working with neurological diseases like Huntington's Disease and providing palliative care, including personal care. _edited.jpg)
Hello there, my name is Ian, I am the father of five wonderfully diverse children, who are now, mostly grown up, and I have three grandchildren…. so far. I also have a beautiful Labrador, named Gracie.
A large portion of my career has been spent as a Metal Fabricator (Boilermaker/welder) and Product Development Manager. These were very much hands on roles, designing and creating many solutions to complex projects and product developments.
As I’ve grown older, I have come to appreciate that we all need some support from time to time, and it’s OK to extend a hand and ask for the kind of support that we may be most in need of, to get us through each day. I now find myself wanting to put what life skills I have learnt over the years to good use in serving others in my community. In this giving is where I have found my highest fulfillment because, supporting others is a great rewarder!
Life is an incredible journey and it’s important to notice it and take in as much as we can, as the days roll by. (Stop to smell the Roses)
I have a keen interest in psychology and how people work. I am passionate about listening to other people’s incredible stories and trying to understand their point of view/s. It is fascinating to me.
My interests are Bushwalking, Hiking, Camping, Four wheel driving, Bike riding, particularly on trails in the bush, being out in nature to soak in the peace and beauty that surrounds me, where ever it is that I find myself, Cooking, Board games and having a good laugh with family and friends. I love Animals, Music, Playing guitar, tinkering in my workshop including woodworking.
So, I wonder how I can support you to live your life and move into your dreams?
